Experienced:

We are experts in managing behavioral risk. Our staff is a dedicated, professional and multi-diciplinary team. All members are experienced and have the necessary degrees, certificates or licenses. Team members have skills from disciplines, including psychiatry, psychology, social work, medicine, business, the ministry and substance abuse counseling. We also have multi-language capability.

Rick Atwater is the Director, Behavioral Health Services for Employee Health Consultants, Inc. Along with managing, training and providing direct service, he writes a weekly column called "Straight Talk" for a Chicago suburban newspaper (The Northwest Herald). This column is directed toward the issues of substance abuse, substance abusers and their family members and has been published for 18 years.
